Rezolv is a service provider to assist individuals in filing and resolving their legal disputes. Rezolv is based in San Diego, California and is founded by a well respected attorney in the area. Rezolv was founded in 2022 and strives to reduce the cost of resolving small disputes. Rezolv is focused on providing assistance with small claims disputes that make hiring legal representation cost prohibitive.
Rezolv can help you file your legal claim and collect on any judgment. In addition, Rezolv offers a mediation program to facilitate settlement discussions between the parties to resolve their dispute outside of court.
Mediation
Rezolv educates both parties of the benefits of mediation.
Mediation is a confidential negotiation facilitated by a neutral third party. Rezolv offers trained mediators to confidentially speak with the parties to assist with the negotiations. The parties remain in complete control of the negotiation and may leave at any time. Nothing that is said in the mediation can be used by the parties in any court proceeding. This allows everyone to speak freely.
The benefit of mediation through Rezolv is that it allows the parties to come to an agreement quickly and move forward with their lives. The person who filed the complaint (the “Plaintiff’) may be paid more quickly. While a Defendant may be required to pay less than the amount owed through a court judgment.

- We will fill out the exact forms and papers you need.
- We will help you file and get ready for your next steps.
Mediation
$200
- If you and opposing party wish to negotiate to resolve the dispute a neutral party will be provided.
- If a resolution is reached the settlement agreement is also included. Each party must pay the one-time fee for 4 hours of mediation.
Preparing for your Hearing

- We will provide you with everything you need to know for your upcoming hearing.
- We will assist in identifying evidence and offer suggestions on what documents to bring.
Collecting Your Judgment
$300
- This service assists litigants who have already presented their case to a judge and received a judgment.
- It is sometimes difficult to collect on a judgment you obtain in small claims court. This service is focused on simplifying the options to obtain the funds.
- Rezolv will guide you through the process.
